Govt College Jassia was started in 2013 with two streams Arts with an intake of 240 seats and 80 seats in Commerce. In 2024 Master in Geography with 40 seats introduced in the College. Established in rural areas the prime motive of the college is to educate the students of rural areas and to compete the urban students at par. I am pleased to declare that being the principal of govt. college jassia my main objective is that education should not be confined within the walls of a classroom.Education is to provide means to enable a person to transcend the limitations of human perception and to understand the organic growth of the world to place oneself fit to perform one role efficiently in the interest of lager order of existence.
