About the NSS:
The
National Service Scheme (NSS), is a scheme of Indian Government under Ministry
of Youth Affairs & Sports-sponsored initiative that expands existing
programs into higher education to introduce students to community service while
they are enrolled in educational institutions. Government College Jassia (Rohtak), offers NSS to its students
a wide spectrum of knowledge
providing contemporary information on topics related to daily life through
prescribed courses of the affiliating university.
